Four years ago we celebrated our first American Election Night. This year, we will come together again to discuss electoral proceedings, the candidates, media coverage and everything else concerning the presidential election 2016. Our "American Election Night 2016" takes place on November 8, 2016, in lecture hall U7/01.05 – and students, colleagues and friends of the university are warmly invited to join us for an evening of up-to-date analyses, live debates, and critical discussions – while eagerly awaiting the results!

As you can see in the program, we are planning a Potluck Dinner to keep us all going throughout the night. For this to work, we depend on your help. Whether you want to bring a sweet or savory dish or some snacks, please sign up on this list. Drinks to go along with the food will be sold by the Fachschaft GuK.
We are very much looking forward to an interesting evening with spirited discussions, interesting presentations, a fun quiz, and good food.
