Inhalt:

In diesem Seminar werden je nach Bedarf der Studierenden konkrete Fragestellungen sowie Probleme besprochen und Hilfestellungen gegeben. Mögliche Themen sind

• Erstellung von Umfragen in Unipark
• Datenauswertung mit SPSS, R und AMOS (inkl. Strukturgleichungsmodellen und Modellvergleichen)
• Aufbau von Abschlussarbeiten
• Formatierung nach APA
• Sinnvolle Nutzung von Citavi für Haus-/Abschlussarbeiten

Seminar "Essentials of Work and Organizational Psychology"

Inhalt:

In this seminar, we will deepen the understanding of the central themes of the lecture “Organizational Psychology”. To achieve this goal, key topics from the field of Work and Organizational Psychology, such as personnel selection, personnel development, leadership, team work, will be selected and critically examined from both, theoretical and practical points of view. The seminar is particularly suitable for students who would like to take the examination in the module Work and Organizational Psychology, in the Bachelor of Science, after the summer semester 2022.

Inhalt:

This seminar aims to provide a thorough understanding of the most recent developments in the field of work. Accounting for the immense progress in the last decades, this seminar will closely look into factors that are having major effects in workplaces. What is the role and importance of current technological developments for workplaces? Is telecommuting the future of work, and how do the 'new modes' of work affect productivity and other work- and life-related factors? How can companies prepare their workforce for current developments and future work? These and similar questions are some of the main topics that this seminar will aim to explore.
