Voraussetzungen / Organisatorisches:

Das Seminar gilt als bestanden, wenn folgende Leistungen erbracht wurden:

• Referat (max. 30 Minuten)
• Seminarreflexion (über das gesamte Seminar) nach Vorlage (Umfang: 5-8 Seiten, Abgabe bis 3 Wochen nach letztereminarsitzung)

Darüber hinaus empfehlen wir, die Grundlagenliteratur in Vorbereitung für die jeweiligen Sitzungen zu lesen.

Inhalt:

Feedback is one of the most important components of performance management and performance appraisal in organizations. In this seminar, we will explore key factors that make feedback effective. We will examine the role of feedback givers, as well as the role and importance of the kind of feedback (i.e., positive and negative) and the receiver of it (i.e., recipient).
