Inhalt:

The future of work will be characterised by numerous changes related to e.g. demographic characteristics, employees kind and level of education, mobility willingness, globalisation, and rapid technological advances. These changes require manifold adaptations in corporations, including the structure, organisation and content of work, as well as the required competencies needed by employees and leaders. In order to make decisions regarding how to best manage human resources, the future challenges and underlying problems need to be defined and alternatives to manage the challenges need to be developed and evaluated. Students will learn to apply HR related concepts and theories to concrete HR challenges, develop decision-making criteria, evaluate pros and cons and generate solutions.
