• Bachelor Anglistik/Amerikanistik (bis Studienbeginn zum WS 2008/09): Ausgleichs- und Profilbereich (1 ECTS)
• Bachelor Anglistik/Amerikanistik (bis Studienbeginn zum WS 2008/09): Freie Erweiterung (1 ECTS)
• Master Anglistik/Amerikanistik: Erweiterungsmodul 1 oder 2 (1 ECTS)

Inhalt:

The Department for English Literature is planning an excursion to London. The trip is scheduled for Jan 20-24, 2010 (sufficient number of participants provided).
While any interested student of English is invited, the excursion is assigned to Prof. Houswitschka's and PD Dr. Müller's theatre courses (HS "Theatre and Drama in the Long Eighteenth Century" and PS "Twenty-First Century British Theatre and Drama"). Therefore we are going to watch both contemporary plays and at least one restoration comedy. However, an ultimate choice cannot be made until the London stages have published the play lists for the new season.
Costs for the flight (via Nuremberg), hotel accommodation and airport transfers will be around 350 €, with additional 150 € for four theatre tickets. Participants may expect subsidies from student fees (approx. 100 € p.p.).
The number of participants is limited to 20.
