Das Seminar richtet sich an folgende Studiengänge: M.Sc. Psychologie: WPM Personalentwicklung M.Sc. Empirische Bildungsforschung
Die Anmeldung für alle Studierende (der Psychologie und der emp. Bildungsforschung) erfolgt über den VC-Kurs "Seminaranmeldung für die Studiengänge der Psychologie" vom 16.09.19 bis 26.09.19.

Kriterium für das Bestehen des Seminars (Teilnahme ohne Modulprüfungsleistung):
Projektarbeit bestehend aus (Gruppen-)Referat mit interaktivem Teil und Kurzreflexion der Seminarinhalte
Kriterium für die Modulprüfungsleistung:
benotete Projektarbeit bestehend aus (Gruppen-)Referat mit interaktivem Teil und Hausarbeit

Inhalt:

"Why is coaching such a popular intervention in organizational contexts? In this seminar it will be explained how coaching is defined, based on empirical evidences and relevant psychological theories behind the concept. Students will have the chance to understand what coaching is about, which tools and technique are used and practice some of them. The different applications of coaching in organizational contexts as well as the implications will be presented."
