- Das Seminar gilt als bestanden, wenn folgende Leistungen erbracht wurden:
- Referat (max. 30 Minuten)
Darüber hinaus empfehlen wir, die Grundlagenliteratur in Vorbereitung für die jeweiligen Sitzungen zu lesen.
- Inhalt
- Research has long noted the role that emotions play in our life. They affect our daily interactions and can also be powerful influences on workplaces, such as on employee well-being and performance. Hence, this seminar aims to overview the significance of emotions for employees and organizations. We will start by scrutinizing the various emotions and their impact on workplaces. After that, we will explore the strategies employees and organizations can utilize to benefit from workplace emotions. Thus, the main aim will be to investigate the strategies that employees and organizations can employ to regulate emotional states, known as emotion regulation strategies. We will discuss theoretical frameworks on emotion regulation and present and discuss empirical findings about the significance of emotion regulation strategies and related factors, such as mindfulness and leadership.
