- Das Seminar richtet sich an folgende Studiengänge: M.Sc. Psychologie: WPM Personalauswahl, M.Sc. Empirische Bildungswissenschaften
Die Anmeldung für alle Studierende (der Psychologie und der emp. Bildungsforschung) erfolgt über den VC-Kurs "Seminaranmeldung für die Studiengänge der Psychologie" vom 16.09.19 bis 26.09.19.
Type of Examination:
part of the grade is based on the pitch presentation (done in groups);
the other part of the grade is an individual essay (8-10 pages in English)
- Inhalt
- In the modern environment of constant change and disruption by demographic, economic and political factors, companies who want to stay afloat need to take new approaches to talent selection, transforming the process itself. This course offers insights into the current trends in Talent Selection in the practice, as well as offers an outlook into the future developments in the field.
The students can experience the topic from the point of view of an HR consultancy. Main topics and activities of the course:
