- To pass the course, we expect you to
• give a pitch presentation in a group (max. 45 min including Q&A form the audience)
• write a reflective essay about the course (5-8 pages)
The activities will be graded if you so choose.
- Inhalt
- In the modern environment of constant change and disruption by demographic, economic and political factors (as demonstrated by the current pandemic), companies who want to stay afloat need to take new approaches to talent selection, transforming the process itself. This course offers insights into the current trends in Talent Selection in the practice, as well as offers an outlook into the future developments in the field.
The students can experience the topic from the point of view of an HR consultancy. Main topics and activities of the course:
