- Voraussetzungen / Organisatorisches
- Das Seminar gilt als bestanden, wenn folgende Leistungen erbracht wurden:
- Referat (max. 30 Minuten)
- Seminarreflexion (über das gesamte Seminar) nach Vorlage (Umfang: 5-8 Seiten, Abgabe bis 3 Wochen nach letzter Seminarsitzung)
Darüber hinaus empfehlen wir, die Grundlagenliteratur in Vorbereitung für die jeweiligen Sitzungen zu lesen.
- Inhalt
- This seminar aims to provide a thorough understanding of the most recent developments in the field of work. Accounting for the immense progress in the last decades, this seminar will closely look into factors that are having major effects in workplaces. What is the role and importance of current technological developments for workplaces? Is telecommuting the future of work, and how do the 'new modes' of work affect productivity and other work- and life-related factors? How can companies best prepare their workforce for current developments and future work? These and similar questions are some of the main topics that this seminar will aim to explore.
