This course is taught in English, but do not worry if you don’t speak English very well. This is your chance to practice and improve. Do not hesitate to sign up!

- Where do low mood, emotions and self-doubt come from and what can you do about them? In this seminar, we will try to tackle this question and have a look at the origin of emotions as well as helpful tools to manage your emotions.
We are going to gradually read book chapters (see below) and a few related articles and discuss them together in class. Furthermore, I ask you to develop (and execute) a project idea, which is meant to apply one of the discussed topics to your own life. There will be ample time to discuss and develop project ideas! More details in class.
