- Where do low mood, emotions and self-doubt come from and what can you do about them? In this seminar, we will try to tackle this question and have a look at the origin of emotions as well as helpful tools to manage your emotions. We will furthermore talk about the relation between emotions and behavior and learn how can we make behavioral changes that stick (habit formation).
We are going to gradually read book chapters (see below) and a few related research articles and discuss them together in class. Furthermore, I ask you to develop (and execute) a project idea, which is meant to apply one of the discussed topics to your own life. There will be ample time to discuss and develop project ideas! More details in class.
