Inhalt
In this seminar students will get acquainted with the study of Positive Psychology. The course focuses on the main areas of basic and applied research in positive psychology, the methods that researchers use to study happiness, as well as well-being enhancement interventions. Some of the topic are models of well-being, positive emotions, character strengths, optimism, gratitude, prosocial behaviors, and happiness interventions. This course is highly interactive. Format includes some lecturing by the instructor, presentation by the students, in-class group discussions, and small or large group activities.
