To attend this class, students must take an obligatory placement test in the first class session.
This test helps us to place students in the correct level.
There are 100 questions in the test on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and listening comprehension.
The time limit for the placement test is 60 minutes.
- Inhalt
- “Preparing for B2 (intensiv)” is an integrated language course involving grammar revision and consolidation and
vocabulary expansion, as well as practice in reading, writing, listening and oral skills.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in your field of specialisation
• Interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party
• Produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options
A portfolio of tasks comprise the components of the evaluation for the class.
More details will be given in the first class.
Students who pass the course will receive a certificate as proof of having attained B2.
