- Inhalt
- This is a course designed for students from all faculties who have to write academic texts in English. We will examine the following types of texts in terms of their structures and functions:
• Compare and contrast essay
• Cause and effect essay
• Persuasive essay
The course will develop writing skills, beginning with writing good sentences before moving onto writing paragraphs and finally planning short essays. In addition, through guided exercises, we will discuss how to edit our writing to make it more accurate.
A portfolio of written tasks comprise the components of the evaluation for the class.
More details will be given in the first class.
