- Inhalt
- This course aims to reflect on the complexity of leadership, with a particular focus on health and well-being.
In Part 1, we will define the nature of leadership and followership, gain knowledge on research designs and paradigms.
In Part 2, we will learn how leadership is associated with employees’ well-being.
In Part 3, we will learn about how leadership is associated with leaders’ health and we will learn about practical interventions.
