- The subject of this project will be Understanding Mobility: Data sets, Experiments and Analyses
Within this project, you will review and assess several data sets for mobility reseach (e.g., GPS traces or other trajectory). You will learn algorithms for staypoint detection and privacy-preservation. Later, you will design own data collection experiments and create you own data sets, either individually or in small teams, e.g. using smart phones (outdoors) or visual tracking devices (indoors). You will implement and compare some of the research algorithms on these data sets and report on the findings.
