Prüfung: 15 minütige mündliche Prüfung

Inhalt:

This course is aimed at improving Communications Science students’ use of English. It will focus on the terminology used in the field and equip students with the ability to discuss issues around Mass Communication and the media. The course will focus primarily on spoken English. We will look at examples of how various media outlets differ in their methods of communication and discuss how these examples could be interpreted according to various models of communication. The course will be assessed by an individual presentation.
