A basic understanding of hypotheses testing with univariate and bivariate statistics as well as linear and logistic regression is essential for the successful completion of the course.

Aktuelle Befunde der Migrations- und Integrationsforschung: Socio-cultural integration of Muslims

Voraussetzungen / Organisatorisches:

The seminar will place particular emphasis on empirical research articles; therefore, a profound basic knowledge of quantitative/statistical research methods is essential for attendance. The language of instruction will optionally be English or German, in order to facilitate international students’ course attendance. The examination consists of a short presentation (20 %), discussion questions (20 %) and the submission of a seminar paper (60 %). The registration to the seminar and the examination via FlexNow is necessary for the acquisition of a certificate.
Examination is possible for the following modules:
